| Every care and attention is given to all precious gems entrusted to us for restoration, however a natural gemstone can often have inclusions, cracks or stresses that may affect the expected result. We can only accept liability for synthetic stones that fail during the cutting process. If a natural stone fails, our liability is limited to the cutting fees only. | |

Typical Restoration Fees.These prices are published as a guide only, your actual costs are determined following examination of the stone and full restoration requirements of the owner. For the purposes of this price list specialty stones describe gems that are very large, very small, very soft stones such as Apatite or hard stones such as Sapphire and Ruby. |

| Pearl and bead strand restoration service is available which features fully knotted restringing, cleaning and clasp repair or replacement if necessary. | |
| Gemstone carving services and replacement or repair of signet monogram or coats of arms seals can be supplied. As this work can vary considerably in complexity and also be very labour intensive we cannot provide a generalised price guide but we will be happy to quote for individual requests. | |
